What Happened and Why the Change?
While preparing for the migration, our previous hosting environment experienced a period of unauthorized malicious activity which resulted in the deletion of some site data.- Fortunately, our secure, off-site backup system was fully in place! We were able to swiftly restore the forum to its operational state with minimal downtime.
- Enhanced Security: We have since moved to a new provider and implemented significantly enhanced security protocols across the platform to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
