RD70HUF2 RF Power Amplifier (FINALS) for Icom 2300H, Yaesu FT-991A radio transceivers
This chip is the commonly damaged part in the above mentioned radios. Usually because of overheating and/or misuse and abuse of the said, these parts gets toasted.
I have already attached the Datasheet for reference. Primarily this is a dual N-Channet MOSFET in a single package.
By replacing this part, the transceiver may function again properly, but be sure to double check the drive and pre-drive amplifier if there is still some trouble there.
