RD07MUS2B 7Watts RF Power Amplifier

This is the commonly used Power Amplifier in Portable hand held radios and in Drive Amplifier in base radios.

Used as the power amplifier in the Icom V80/U80, Icom V88/U88, this chip is the most commonly damaged part in those handheld portable transceivers.

Also this could be a replacement to the RD04HMS2 RF Power Amplifier which is used as the Drive Amplifier in Icom IC-2300H
